What are the required educational qualifications?

NABARD has set different educational qualifications for each position. For the position of Additional Chief Risk Manager, a candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate, with at least 10 years of experience in the banking sector.

For Risk Manager and other related positions, a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or an MBA, along with 5 years of experience, is required. Candidates with engineering degrees are also eligible for some positions.

What is the age limit?

The minimum age for this recruitment is 28 years and the maximum age is 62 years. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government regulations.
